On November 15, 2025, in the meeting hall of the central apparatus building of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the participation of the leadership, employees of the central apparatus, departments and divisions of local and regional units of the agency, as well as a member of the Union of Writers of Tajikistan, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Adabiyot va San'at", candidate of political sciences — Abdullo Rakhnamo, a solemn meeting was held dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the "Fateful 16th Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "The Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan".

The event began with the performance of the national anthem, the entry of the state flag, and the subsequent collective viewing of a documentary film about the activities and outstanding merits of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, in strengthening peace and stability, as well as national unity.

In particular, the Director of the Agency — Sultonzoda Sulaymon Said congratulated those present on this historic day, wishing them health, happiness and success, as well as fruitful work in their responsible positions. It was noted that in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the President is recognized as the Head of State and the Head of the Executive Branch, as well as the defender of human and civil rights and freedoms, the guarantor of national independence, unity and territorial integrity, the stability and continuity of the state, the organizer of the activities of state bodies, their interaction, and the observance of Tajikistan's international treaties.

In connection with the aforementioned norm, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is in fact the symbol of the state, the expresser of its unity, the guardian of the balance of state power, the coordinator of the activities of all branches of state power, and the central force that resolves the most important internal and external issues of the state.

Indeed, regardless of the fact that the celebration of "President's Day" as a symbol of statehood is associated with the recognition and respect for "Presidential Power," the real truth lies in the fact that the entire proud Tajik people, in addition to recalling "President's Day," primarily recalls the image and personality of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the beloved Leader of the Nation, President of the country, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, as well as the great services and labors of this historic leader and outstanding politician on the path to saving the state and the people.

In continuation of the event, a member of the Union of Writers of Tajikistan, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Adabiyot va San'at", candidate of political sciences — Abdullo Rakhnamo delivered a speech on the topic and congratulated the agency's employees on this festive day.

In conclusion of the solemn meeting, in connection with the celebration of the important national holiday, a number of agency employees were awarded the jubilee medal of the said Council for their contribution to the holding of the IX Session of the Interstate Council on Combating Corruption of the States — Participants of the CIS.

In addition, in all departments and divisions of the local and regional units of the agency, solemn meetings dedicated to this glorious holiday were held.
